Getting to J&S Fitness Center:

From NH I-93: Take
exit 24 and turn right off the off-ramp (from either north or south directions).
This is Rt. 3 but will become Main Street as you enter the town of Ashland.
We are only about 2 minutes from the exit. As you enter the town we are
on the right in a large white building across the street from Bob's Shur
Fine market. Couldn't be easier!
